About Me

I have called Lanzarote my home for most of my life and for the past 2 years have been lucky enough to live out my dream here teaching yoga. I trained and completed my 200 hour certificate in Bali, Indonesia with All Yoga Training. I trained in Ashtanga which was physically immense and the ritualistic aspect of it helped me to deepen my own understanding of how movement itself can be meditative. Upon returning with my certification I soon strayed away from the traditional sequence and aesthetics of Ashtanga as I found such joy in sequencing, prompting intuitive movement and exploring modifications to suit all bodies. The Good Mood Yoga is a way to free ones self of rigidity and meet yourself where you are on that day.

I teach in English as there was a gap in the market here, a space for me to share my passion in a wholesome and authentic way with residents and holiday makers.

Weather it's a one time drop in class or becomes part of your self care routine, I believe everyone can benefit from yoga in their own way.
